Our Backup Storage space is perfect for backing up your website, VPS, or server. All Backup Storage accounts include FTP, SSH (SFTP), and a web-based File Manager.

Backup Storage accounts are NOT designed for hosting websites or applications. Web and email ports are blocked on our Backup Storage servers.

Although we provide basic support for our clients, all VPS servers are unmanaged and the client is responsible for knowing what they are doing.
Everybody has to start somewhere. We provide basic support to each of our clients. Just send us a ticket and we will be glad help you out the best we can.
At WSWD, we strive to create happy clients. Many of our clients have been with us well over a decade! However, we understand that we cannot fulfill the needs of everyone. If you are unhappy with your hosting, you can request a full refund within 30 days. There are a few exceptions, so please read our Refund Policy.
