Are the VPS servers managed?

Although we provide basic support for our clients, all VPS servers are unmanaged and the client is responsible for knowing what they are doing.

I'm not good at this server stuff, what if I get lost?

Everybody has to start somewhere. We provide basic support to each of our clients. Just send us a ticket and we will be glad help you out the best we can.

If I am unhappy with my VPS, can I get a refund?

At WSWD, we strive to create happy clients. Many of our clients have been with us well over a decade! However, we understand that we cannot fulfill the needs of everyone. If you are unhappy with your hosting, you can request a full refund within 30 days. There are a few exceptions, so please read our Refund Policy. Our Sales Team will be happy to answer any questions you might have prior to signing up for hosting.

Are these the only VPS you have?
